I am a big fan of push ups, I don’t do an absurd amount, but I have done them consistently my whole life. Anytime I am feeling anxious, I try to do at least 20 push ups. Upon waking up and getting out of bed, 4 or 5 days a week, I do at least 20 push ups, use the washroom and get a drink of water, then do at least another 20 push ups. It is a simple technique to wake myself up and get the productivity juices flowing first thing upon getting out of bed.
